Packing up your order will take up to 3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of bank holidays during which our office is closed.

Our standard shipping option has a transit time of 4-6 business days after your parcel reaches the Post Office.

Parcels leave our warehouse at the end of the day.

You will receive an email alert when the shipping team has generated a shipping label. After that, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update on the carrier website.

Due to the high volume of orders we ship, we are not able to hand-deliver parcels to the carrier and all parcels will picked up by the carrier at our normal pickup times.

If an item you have ordered is delayed to to inventory issues, we will ship the rest of your order and then when the item becomes available we will ship that item separately.

Absolutely. All of our products are FDA-compliant, spill and tear-resistant, biodegradable and non-toxic. Plus, they’re 100% salt-free—so they won’t alter the taste of your pantry items or rare cigars—and are made with food-grade ink.

Absolutely! Rather than an enclosed container, if you have an entire area—a pantry, cabinet, closet, room, etc.—you need to keep dry, we offer our Integra Cargo Dry Plusstrips that can easily be hung around the area to keep excess moisture at bay.

We also offer our Dry Bucket, which contains 30 dehumidifying packs for placement around your most moist spaces and rooms.

Integra Boost® packs can be used with moist pantry items like cookies or sandwiches. Because they’re made with food-grade ink and are FDA-approved, you can place them directly into a sealed air-tight container with food products to balance the humidity and prevent them from drying out.

For coffees, spices, and other oxygen-sensitive foods you can insert our No-Ox® oxygen absorbers directly into a sealed oxygen-proof container along with the food product to protect it.

Remove the Integra Boost packet from its clear over-wrapping and place it in an enclosed area with the contents to be preserved and protected.

Drop the Replacement Indicator Card inside the same container or enclosed area and seal.

Integra Boost will begin to regulate relative humidity inside of the container to the specific R.H. percentage labeled on the packet.

Simply replace the packet with a fresh packet when the dot on the Replacement Indicator Card turns bright blue.

Each Integra Boost packet includes a Replacement Indicator Card. Simply place the Replacement Indicator Card inside the container or enclosed area (along with the Integra Boost packet and the contents to be preserved) and seal. When the dot on the Replacement Indicator Card turns bright blue, it’s time to replace with a fresh pack!

There is no harm in using extra packs or using a pack that is a larger size than necessary. Our 2-way humidification technology will respond accordingly and balance the moisture in the space to achieve equilibrium. This technique can also be used to introduce moisture into your product faster.

Depending on the amount of contents to be preserved, we recommend the following guidelines.

Up to 12 grams of your product:
4 gram Boost® pack

12-28 grams of your product:
8 gram Boost® pack

Up to 1 pound of your product:
67 gram Boost® pack

Up to 5 pounds of your product:
320 gram Boost® pack

Up to 6 pounds of your product:
420 gram Boost® pack

Tip:it's always better to use a larger size pack. Our smart 2-way humidification technology responds accordingly to create equilibrium even if you use extra Boost® packs or a larger size than necessary.

Each pack contains a proprietary blend of plant-based glycerin and water. Each of our packs is spill and tear-resistant, FDA-compliant, 99% biodegradable and non-toxic.

Once opened, product life varies—from a couple of months to one full year—depending on the moisture in the area, the product you’re preserving and a number of other variables.

Keep in mind that, the more you open and close the container where the pack is placed, the more of its contents the pack will need to use to readjust to the constant change in moisture levels. So, if your pack is in a container you access frequently (a container of rice that you open one a week, for example) it will need to be replaced quicker than if it’s in an area you don’t access often (locked away in a cigar case that you only open on special occasions, for example).
